• All photos (original and restored) are automatically scheduled for deletion 30 days after upload
• You can download your restored photos at any time before the deletion date
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed once executed
• You'll receive reminders before automatic deletion occurs

We are committed to responsible data handling:

• No sharing: We never share your photos with third parties for marketing or any other purposes
• AI processing: Photos are processed using Abacus.AI's restoration service, which operates under strict confidentiality agreements
• Payment data: Payment information is handled securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers
• Account data: Your email and account information are encrypted and protected
• Manual deletion: You can request immediate deletion of your photos and account at any time by contacting support
